Problem 1: The PE protective film is not firmly adhered to the protected product, resulting in the PE protective film falling off during transportation or use.

There are two reasons. Firstly, during the production process of PE protective film, the viscosity of the sensitive adhesive used is not enough, resulting in insufficient adhesion; The second issue is that during film application, the pressure of the film press is insufficient, or the surface being applied is not cleaned thoroughly, which can affect the adhesion effect. So, the solution is to replace the sensitive adhesive, increase the pressure on the film, and thoroughly and effectively clean the surface to be applied.

Problem 2: After using the protective film for a period of time, there is a phenomenon of warping at both ends.

The reason is that the protective film undergoes significant stretching during the bonding process with the surface being applied. After pasting, there is a phenomenon of retraction when encountering high temperature environments. So during the pasting process, unnecessary stretching should be avoided, and attention should also be paid to the environmental temperature difference when using.

Problem 3: The protective film is degumming.

When the protective film is removed, the adhesive does not peel off together, but remains on the surface being applied. The reason is that the pressure adhesive used for the protective film does not comply with regulations and is too sticky. The solution is to use pressure adhesive that meets the specified requirements to make its viscosity moderate. Once this situation occurs, we can use a clean cloth dipped in a small amount of alcohol to repeatedly wipe the surface with light force until it is completely wiped.

Problem 4: Although PE protective film can effectively peel off the surface, the peeling is not clean and there are residues.

This phenomenon often occurs on low-grade protective film products because the protective film undergoes a chemical reaction when combined with the protected object. There is currently no good solution to avoid this phenomenon.
